Refund Policy

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS FOR EXCHANGES?
Please note that we do not accept returns for exchanges or refunds. We kindly ask all our customers to carefully check the product lists and product sizes before placing an order to avoid any order discrepancies.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDER CANCELLATIONS?
Customers can only request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that this request cannot guarantee approval, as our fulfillment center processes orders as quickly as possible. We will first have our fulfillment team check if the product has been shipped; if not, we will cancel the order.
For cancellation requests, please email us at info@vintacci.com,   and we will respond as soon as possible.

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUND REQUESTS?
We cannot accept refund requests once we have shipped the order. We will always inform our customers of any potential shipping delays.
We will only accept a refund request if the product you received is completely different from your order, a different size, or a different color. We can also resend the correct product FREE OF CHARGE.

However, please note that we strictly adhere to the following conditions:

  • The article is from our shop
  • The item is unused
  • The request MUST be sent within 5 days of receiving the package.

For damaged products or products that differ from your order, please email our support team at and include the following details in your email:  

  • Reason for refund
  • Picture/video of the product you received
  • Order number

Once we receive your email, we'll get back to you within 24 hours. Once we've confirmed your request, we'll ship the correct product free of charge. We cannot issue a full refund.

We do not offer refunds if the order appears delivered according to the tracking number, but the customer has not received it. This concerns the possibility of package theft, for which we are not responsible.
