Shipping Policy

Standard International Shipping:   7-12 business days with 1-5 processing days.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. During peak holiday shopping times, please allow up to 6 business days.
For US residents, orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. Once processed and leaving the warehouse, items normally take  7-12  days to arrive at their destination. However, this can occasionally take longer due to customs and other government inspections.
In rare cases, items may take up to  35 days  to arrive. If your order takes longer than 25 business days to arrive, you can contact us and we will do our best to take the necessary steps to resolve the issue. Please note that no refunds will be issued due to shipping delays beyond our control.

.For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship all available items immediately and ship the pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as they become available. So if you ordered multiple items in one order and only receive part of your item, don't worry, your other items will be delivered shortly after.

Tracking your order:

If you provided a mobile phone number, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message with a tracking ID and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking information to appear.

Incorrect address disclaimer:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window of opportunity to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

How long does it take to process an item?
Item processing time is the time from receiving your order to the physical shipment of your order. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous quality control and testing to ensure the quality of the product to your satisfaction before shipping. This may include detailed internal checks: material quality, zippers, stitching, embellishments and motifs, interior details, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design, and size of the specific product or item. Larger orders will naturally take longer. The average processing time is approximately 4 business days. However, please note that the processing time may also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of year, national holidays, etc. If your order contains very popular items that experience stock availability issues, it may take 5 to 10 business days to process and ship the order.
